By purchasing from Little Crosia or using our Instagram page/website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

GENERAL
Little Crosia is a handmade crochet brand based in India. We create and sell handcrafted crochet products including home décor, accessories, and custom pieces.
These Terms of Service apply to all customers, visitors, and anyone who places an order with us — whether through Instagram, WhatsApp, or our website.

PRODUCTS
• All Little Crosia products are handmade, which means slight variations in colour, size, texture, or finish are natural and expected — they are not defects.
• Product colours may appear slightly different on screen depending on your device’s display settings.
• We take great care in quality, but handmade items will always carry the charm of being one of a kind. -
ORDERS & PRICING
• An order is confirmed only after payment is received (or advance payment in case of custom orders).
• We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected misuse.
• If we cancel your order, a full refund will be issued within 8–15 business days.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is final for that order.

PAYMENTS
• Full payment is required before dispatch for all ready stock orders.
• For custom orders, a 50% advance is required to begin production. The remaining balance must be paid before dispatch.
• We accept UPI, Bank Transfer, Cards, and international payments via PayPal (or as communicated).
• Little Crosia is not responsible for payment failures caused by your bank, UPI app, or internet connection. Please contact us if a payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
• Delivery timelines shared at the time of order are estimates and not guaranteed dates.
• Little Crosia is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance (for international orders), natural events, or any circumstances beyond our control.
• Once an order is handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping partner.
• Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. We are not liable for orders lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for wrong or damaged items.
• An unboxing video is mandatory to raise any return or exchange request.
• Return shipping fee of ₹100 is to be borne by the customer.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment source or bank account within 8–15 business days.
• Little Crosia reserves the right to reject return/exchange requests if the unboxing video is not provided or if the item shows signs of use or mishandling.
• Misuse of the return policy (false damage claims, used items returned as damaged) will result in permanent blacklisting from future orders.

CUSTOM ORDERS
• Custom orders are non-cancellable once production has begun.
• The 50% advance paid for custom orders is non-refundable if the customer cancels after production has started.
• Custom pieces are made specifically for you and cannot be resold. They are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
• Any design references shared by the customer must be original or royalty-free. Little Crosia is not responsible for copyright issues arising from customer-provided references.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
• All photos, videos, designs, product names, and content published by Little Crosia on any platform are our intellectual property.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
• Sharing our content for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g. reposting with credit) is appreciated and encouraged.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
• Little Crosia’s liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
• We are not responsible for any indirect losses such as gifting delays, emotional distress, or consequential damages arising from late delivery or product issues.
• We do our best to resolve every concern fairly and promptly.

PRIVACY
• We collect only the information needed to process and deliver your order (name, address, contact details).
• We do not share your personal information with third parties except courier partners for delivery purposes.
• By placing an order, you consent to us contacting you via WhatsApp or email for order updates -
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Rajasthan, India.
